EFFECTS LOST AND FOUND |

The Club will not be
responsible for personal property or golf equipment lost or damaged.
Lost articles may be reported to the Club House office or Pro-Shop. |

6. |
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES |
| |
Persons under 18 will not
be served alcoholic beverages at any time. Furthermore, it is
forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages on the Club property unless
these have been purchased at the bars or snack bars. Any fault against
this rule may bring about the loss of member’s privileges. |

7. |
ADVERTISEMENT |

No advertisement or
propaganda literature shall be posted or circulated on the Club
premises unless under special authorization. |
| |
|
|
8. |
CARD GAMES |
| |
Card games will not be
played in the grill, dining room or lounge sections. Card games can be
played in the bar in the men’s locker room. These card games must be
ended by MIDNIGHT. |

|
|
9. |
PROPERTY OF THE CLUB |
| |
No member
or visitor shall take away
from the Club, upon any pretext whatsoever, articles which belong to
the Club. |
|
|
|
10.

SHOWER TOWELS |
| |
It is strictly forbidden
to take towels (property of the Club) out of the men’s and ladies’
lockers. The towels at the disposal of our members
and visitors are strictly for
showers. Any other use is forbidden. |

|
11.
|
HOUSE ACCOUNTS |
| |
|
| |
A. |
The bills must be paid, at the latest, the 25th
of the month during which the account was received. After this date,
all outstanding accounts will be subject to an administration fee of
1.5% per month, $1 minimum per month. Furthermore, the names of all
delinquent members will be posted and their credit and golf privileges
rescinded until the account is settled. |

B. |
Any purchase under $5 shall be paid in cash and not
charged. |

|
| |
C. |
CHITS |
| |
|
Once the account has been
settled, the receipts (chits) will be returned to the members by the
locker room attendant. |

D. |
OUTSIDE ACCOUNTS |
| |
|
All charges made at other
clubs by the members will be subject to a 12% administration charge.
Furthermore, we will not accept accounts from other clubs for
merchandise purchased at their Pro-Shop. |

| |
E. |
SERVICE CHARGE - DINING ROOM AND BAR |
| |
|
There will be a 15%
service charge added to all charges made at the bar and restaurant.
This charge is being remitted to the waitresses. However, the members
are free to add whatever amount they feel as service charge. In such
cases, the above 15% will not be added. |

12. |
STARTING TIMES |

| |
A. |
At all times, members and guests
must register at the first
tee and no one is permitted to start on the 10th tee
without permission of the starter, whether for starting or ending
their games. |

| |
B. |
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION OF STARTING TIMES |
| |
|
Members and visitors must reserve their starting times. Seven
days members have until seven (7) days in advance and five days
members have until five (5) days in advance between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00
P.M. in person with the starter or by telephoning the Pro-Shop at
692-8201 or at 990-7502. |

| |
|

A member of each foursome must take charge of the
reservation and the other members of the foursome are requested to
call him instead of calling the Pro-Shop. |

Also note that we will have reserved starting times
every day of the week. |

C. |
GUESTS |
| |
|
The members themselves must register their guests
at the Pro-Shop and pay the regular admission fee. |
